This course can be used by managers of all levels to help promote ideas for effective leadership in the business organization. The premise is, there are manager behaviors that negatively impact an employee, their well being, and their productivity. In the end, these negative behaviors impact the bottom line of a company's profits. These are behaviors that can be avoided. This course can also be used by those desiring to become a manager by helping prepare them for the responsibilities of management and avoiding costly behaviors.
