CalepiNum is a versatile layout software, dedicated to the study of roofing projects by non-standard modules, which will be manufactured according to the layout plan, from the attached debit card.
CalepiNum automatically creates the modules from simple lines, respecting the external contour, the internal openings, and the joints, configurable in position and in thickness.
CalepiNum numbers the modules according to their possibilities of rotation and reversal (soffit), and edits either an individual bit rate (a different number per module) or a grouped bit rate (all identical modules are grouped under the same number).
In CalepiNum, the numbering direction of the modules is configurable: Start from top or bottom, from the right or from the left, and horizontal or vertical priority.
CalepiNum allows the identification of specific treatments (Bird's Beak, Cut of Tab, etc ...) and materials used with the help of a distinctive lettering.
CalepiNum edits automatic debit slips, with a graphic identification of the songs, and also allows a graphic display of non-rectangular modules, and the automatic edition of detail plans with their quotations (4 modules per A4 page).
CALEPINUM FUNCTIONS:
Contour and opening management:
CalepiNum identifies the outer contour of the surface to be paved, as well as all of its interior openings.
At each external and internal contour (s) is associated a layout joint, which will be the default joint project edge, and can be individualized outline contour.
Automatic creation of intermediate joints:
CalepiNum's automatic joint creation function interpolates several joints between two lines, whether they are parallel or not.
This interpolation is obtained either by equipping the joints, or by introducing a joint thickness correction, which leads to modules of the same dimensions.
The CalepiNum parallelism option allows you to make all joints created in parallel parallel.
Individual and group numbering:
The CalepiNum modules are numbered either individually, (a unique number per module), or by grouping all the modules defined as identical under the same number.
The group numbering function takes into account the rotation and flipping (soffit management) options applicable to the modules.
Lettering of the materials and the treatments:
In the same project, CalepiNum makes it possible to mix modules of different materials, and to define various treatments applied to the faces and the songs of the modules (polished face, bevelled edge, bird's beak, etc ...) .
The distinction between materials is done by front lettering (which precedes the numbering of the module), and the distinction between the treatments is done by a back lettering.
Dialing order:
CalepiNum allows to determine the numbering order of the modules, by choosing:
The position of the starting point: "Up / Down" and "Right / Left",
The priority of the scanning direction: "Horizontal / Vertical" .
Bill of Lading and Detail Plans:
For each layout plan, CalepiNum publishes:
A quantitative debit slip, with a graphic presentation of processed songs and non-rectangular modules,
Detail plans showing a global rating of each module.
Transfers to OptiCoupe and MicroSoft Excel:
Slot flows generated by CalepiNum can be exported to the main office software (Excel, etc ...), as well as to the majority of optimization software, including OptiCoupe.
