Upon entering the clinical rotation, the first important training section is to learn the taking history and conducting a physical examination. Medical students find difficulty in understanding the various terms used in this connection. This course will make them understand this basic and vital part of their training. The first portion consists of presenting complaints. This is the most important information and leads to diagnosis in most of the cases if appropriately taken. The next section consists of details of presenting complaints. There are different ways of evaluating presenting complaints, depending upon the disease the patient has for example the current complaint may only be the continuation of an already ongoing illness, this may be a new complaint on top of an already ongoing illness or this may be a new illness in an otherwise normal person. The evaluation of various symptoms in detail is very important. This is demonstrated using the example of chest pain and edema which are one of the common complaints in the hospital setting. Other complaints can also be evaluated on similar lines. In the last lecture, the general physical examination is done on a normal subject. Using this video patients can plan the physical examination. The examination of the rest of the systems will be discussed in subsequent courses.

This course is aimed at students who either have an intermediate or above level in Egyptian Arabic, or for those who are already advanced in a different variety of Arabic, but want to understand the differences between that variety and Egyptian Arabic. It's crucial to understand the differences between the different tenses and forms. They can be daunting at first, but once you fully understand them, the road of learning Egyptian Arabic will be paved and clear. For example, the imperfect or المضارع in Egyptian Arabic is different from that of FusHa/Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). While it's the present tense in MSA, it is not in EA. How to study from this course: Each video is accompanied by a PDF file of the top 20 verbs in Egyptian Arabic. Each one of these PDFs includes basic and extensive conjugations of the verb. 1. Watch each video, and just go over all 20 verbs and the example sentences only, not the conjugation tables. 2. Once you've gone over all the videos, start watching them again, but this time, start working on the basic conjugations of the perfect tense, both in the affirmative and negative. 3. When you've gone over all the videos for the second time, start watching them again. This time, start working on the basic conjugations of the imperfect. 4. This course contains 8 chapters altogether as follows:Chapter 1 - Introduction: In this introductory chapter, I lay the groundwork and foundation for your journey into the exciting world of forex trading. I begin by providing a comprehensive overview of the foreign exchange market, its history and development such as the Gold Standard, Bretton Woods System, the European Monetary System and the Euro, Floating Exchange Rate System, Linked Exchange Rate System and the Plaza Accord, its operations and terminologies used in the industry and its related financial products and tools in the market. I will also go through my 6-step approach to master forex trading known as "FUTURE" methodology which is the acronym for the beginning letter of each of the 6 steps described in the later chapters, namely Fundamental Analysis, Unbiased Prediction, Technical Analysis, Unique Identifiers, Risk Management and Execution. Chapter 2 - Fundamental Analysis: In this chapter, we explore fundamental analysis which is a key component of successful forex trading. Fundamental analysis involves the evaluation of economic, political and social factors that influence currency prices. By understanding the fiscal policy, monetary policy, trade and capital flow and economic performance indicators such as employment figures, national income data, consumer figures, you can make informed trading decisions based on the underlying value of a currency. Chapter 3 - Unbiased Prediction: In this chapter, we form a prediction of the overall direction of the forex market based on the fundamental analysis performed and to identify a few currency pairs which can potentially produce the highest odds of success in our forex trading. Chapter 4 - Technical Analysis: In this chapter, we delve into the fascinating world of technical analysis, a powerful tool for understanding market trends and marking informed trading decisions. Technical analysis involves studying historical price and volume data to identify patterns and trends that can help predict future price movements. We will learn key concepts such as support and resistance levels, trend lines and chart patterns such as Flag, Triangle, Wedge, Rectangle, Head and Shoulders, Triple Top/Bottom, Double Top/Bottom, V-Formation and Rounded Top/Bottom patterns. We will also cover some of the major key technical indicators including Moving Averages, Relative Strength Index (RSI), Wave Theory, Wave Counting Rules, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci Sequence and the Golden Ratio. Chapter 5 - Unique Identifiers: In this chapter, we use a combination of a set of technical indicators as our unique identifiers to determine the exact point of entry and exit of a particular currency pair which would provide us with the highest odds of success in our trading. Vellum Cloth

In this 6 hours course you will learn how to create energy FX, explosions, cloth simulations, and even creating environments and secondary effects. Using Vellum we'll be able to art direct cloth movement.

I'll show you how to create a simple smoke simulation to drive the flying of the cape.

Energy FX

The energy and blast FX are achieved through a combination of Pyro and POPs. Leveraging the divergence field and creating custom velocity fields, we'll be able to art direct simulations.

Rendering

In the rendering section I will show you how to set up all the materials, lights, render passes and AOVs. We'll go over various tips and tricks over how to best set up custom passes and optimize scenes for speed.

Compositing

The second half will be compositing in Nuke. We bring each layer in one by one, starting from the environment and all the way to the FX.

We'll recreate the beauty pass for each layer to have complete control over the grading. In this compositing section we'll explore industry standard practices, and also have some fun with post FX like glow, distortions, and flare effects.
