Moreover, you can add templates of cover letters in the program. Certain parameters are available for templates that can be customized just specifying the parameter value between # symbols. Real estate records
The program allows to easily add new real estate items. Each item can be categorized. The program already includes standard categories, such as a flat, a house, a garage. You can change or complete this list. Besides the category you can save any other type of data on real estate items, including pictures.
Record of requests
Besides real estate records you can keep the records of requests forwarded via telephone, e-mail or other channels. Each request includes information on who demonstrated their interest in an item and when. In the item tab you can look through all the requests related to this real estate item.
One more convenient program function is the option of keeping records of each visit of the real estate item by potential buyers or renters. The program includes a graphic calendar where you can add all the visits, setting all the necessary data. Each visit can have a certain status and (basing on this status) marked with different colours. The calendar colours as well as the possible statuses you can set by yourself. In the item tab you can look through all the visits related to this real estate item.
Clients' records
Keeping your clients records you can set any type of possible data related to them - assign them a specific role (a buyer, a vendor, a landlord, a renter), specify their contact data, add scanned documents, introduce new fields etc.
In the «Search requests» tab you can add the needed criteria of the real estate items searched for by your clients. There you can also check your clients' search requests related to your items.

Drag and drop anything - selected text from you browser or a file or directory from your computer.
Use the import to find links from pretty much anywhere including Outlook, Word documents, 'Outertech Linkman' or even entire websites.
Paste, or finally, just enter by hand.
The built in browsing/reading panels add convenience when checking links, and all of this is clearly presented in a logical way.

Power and Automation
WebLynx is about automation power.
Aside from the automatic checks that are done on all links periodically, any number of selected links can be re-checked, cleaned and organized. Folders and tags have options like 'Merge' or 'Remove Empty'.
Groups show collections of folders and tags, and Automatic filing performs movement or removal of links based on configurable rules.
RSS Reader Included
RSS feeds are automatically extracted from linked web pages, and listed in the Link Information panel. To make things even easier the 'Page with Feed' View shows all pages that contain feeds.
Feeds can be added to any folder as an Active Folder, then merged into one or more feed 'In-boxes' using Groups.
Browser Integration
Use the Web Browser integration available for Google Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox to send links directly into WebLynx so your browsing is not disturbed by switching to another application.
Links come into WebLynx in a place called the 'Landing Zone', which is a side panel shared between all open WebLynx windows, so that links can be filed appropriately.
