Kreditderivate im europäischen Kapitalmarkt By Petra Hüttemann (auth.)

Nachdem sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten eine Vielzahl von Derivaten entwickelt hat, insbesondere Optionen, Futures und Swaps, jeweils mit einer kaum noch überschaubaren Anzahl von Varianten, haben in jüngerer Zeit, ausgehend von den USA, sogenannte Kreditderivate die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich gezogen. Hierbei handelt es sich um derivative Instrumente, die es ermöglichen, das Kreditrisiko unabhängig von der zugrunde liegenden Forderung handelbar zu machen und vom Kreditgeber, bei dem es zunächst entsteht, auf Risikokäufer zu übertragen. Mit ihrer Dissertation hat sich Frau Hüttemann das Ziel gesetzt, die Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Kreditderivate im Euromarkt, insbesondere auch für deutsche Kreditinstitute, zu prüfen. Zu diesem Zweck stellt sie die wichtigsten der im US-amerikanischen Markt anzutreffenden Kreditderivate dar, und nachdem sie auch die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Kreditderivate durch die Marktpartner beleuchtet hat, untersucht sie die Rahmenbedingungen für den Einsatz dieser Derivate, ihre rechnerische Bewertung, ihre Ausgestaltung für eine besonders wichtige Kreditnehmergruppe sowie das Risiko-Management für diese Instrumente. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Kreditderivate sind auch in Deutschland grund sätzlich gegeben, insbesondere beim Management von Kredit-Portfolios, beim Passiv-Management und im Eigenhandel der Kreditinstitute. Während im US amerikanischen Markt die Rahmenbedingungen für den Einsatz von Kredit derivaten günstig sind, insbesondere aufgrund des hohen Anteils der mit einem Rating ausgestatteten emissionsfähigen Unternehmen und aufgrund der Existenz von für Kreditderivate geeigneten Basistiteln, stellen sich die Rahmen bedingungen für den Einsatz von Kreditderivaten im Euromarkt bei weitem nicht so günstig dar.

Das Konstrukt Kriminalitätsfurcht ist ein Beispiel für Einstellungen, die mit Hilfe von Befragungsdaten gemessen werden. Demnach sind die hier dargestellten Gütekriterien und ihre Anwendung beispielhaft für die Messung anderer Einstellungskonstrukte. In dieser Hinsicht kann dieses Buch für Methodologen und Sozialforscher aller Anwendungsfelder von Nutzen sein.

Sie befaßt sich mit den möglichen Verarbeitungsformen der Flut von Daten, Nachrichten und Informationen. Die Untersuchungsrichtung strebt eine Gestaltung von Informationsprozessen und -systemen an, die eine Beschränkung auf wesentliche, notwendige oder nützliche Informationen ermöglicht und damit der Forderung nach" Lean Information" gerecht werden kann. Dabei wird die Arbeit in einen theoretischen Teil und einen empirischen Teil getrennt. Die Aufgabe des empirischen Teiles liegt in der Überprüfung, ob die Theorie grundsätzlich mit der Praxis übereinstimmt. Interessant im Rahmen dieser Arbeit ist auch die Behandlung der Frage, ob die Information einen Produktionsfaktor im Sinne Gutenbergs darstellt. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht Faktoren, die zur Beeinflussung des sinnvollen Umgangs mit der Information beitragen und auf die im Umgang mit Informationssystemen zu achten ist. Dabei werden sowohl organisatorische als auch personelle Aspekte behandelt. Veränderungen im Bereich des Personalmanagements, der Personalbeschaffung sowie der Personaleinfuhrung als auch das problembesetzte Gebiet der Personalfreisetzung kommen zur Sprache. Wirtschaftliche Faktoren, die Technik, strategische Elemente und rechtliche Fragestellungen werden erörtert, ohne daß damit eine juristische Arbeit entstünde.
