Auch die heute des öfteren diskutierte Frage der Möglichkeit bzw. Wünschbarkeit eines Weltstaates wird verhandelt. Die Arbeit endet mit einer Kritik des politiktheoretischen Realismus.

This book analyzes the writings of Karl Rahner, Karl Barth, and Vedanta Desika to disclose how each construes "piety" and "responsibility" as integral to each other.
