Defender Remover is a tiny tool that enables you to turn off the Windows embedded antivirus for good. Don't fret, as you can turn it back on again, if you happen to change your mind.

Run the tool and select your option to get started
The application doesn't require installation or configuration, so download and launch to get started. Given the nature of the program, it is advisable that you run it as Administrator to avoid any potential errors due to changes to system files.

On a side note, the tool doesn't just permanently disable Defender, but also deals with other related services and processes. Therefore, make sure you have an alternative form of protection, especially if your computer is connected to the Internet.
A straightforward solution for disabling Windows Defender
It is worth mentioning that you can turn off the antivirus without the help of third-party tools via the Settings. Then again, not many want to wander on that path, especially since it entails making some changes in the Edit Group Policy, which not all of us are comfortable making.
Whether you are using another antivirus solution, you are unhappy with the protection provided by Defender or you just don't like it, you can consider using Defender Remover to turn it off permanently.

The EF CheckSum Manager is easy to use and much fast, supports the recursive processing of file structures, works up to whole drives. Perhaps you know the problem: They burned important data on CD, the burning program means all OK but are you sure that your data is real to 100% with the originals? The EF CheckSum Manager helps to eliminate you such doubts fast. Provide in addition simply before archiving the volume of data to burn with checksums and test you directly after the burning process the integrity of the data. The checksum files are small and only little storage location need. You can burn these also additionally to the actual data also on the CD. SecretDNS provides a quick means of implementing DNS over HTPS, meaning it allows performing remote DNS (short for Domain Name Server) resolution using the HTTPS protocol to encrypt the data between the client and the DNS resolver. Its purpose is, evidently, related to data security and user privacy, aiming to prevent the unauthorized interception and manipulation of DNS data.

Default DNS settings in SecretDNS use CloudFlare to ensure security. You can make changes to the DNS configuration in the dedicated tab of SecretDNS. With DNS over HTTPS, DNS packets and queries are encrypted and sent via HTTPS, which adds an extra layer of security and prevents data breaches.
Another function of SecretDNS is SNI (short for Server Name Indication) fragmentation, which can only be performed by specified domains. A list of exceptions can be configured, meaning that you can build up a whitelist to reduce access issues.
It is also worth mentioning that SecretDNS features reporting capabilities, allowing you to copy report data to the clipboard with the click of a button.
SecretDNS facilitates DNS over HTTPS and SNI fragmentation of the SNI string. It is designed to enhance security and privacy, preventing SNI eavesdropping, while reducing slowdown and connectivity issues.

How it works

W10Privacy can display common Windows 10 security settings that can be activated as well as deactivated within the program. It also allows importing and exporting of your changes. While there are a lot of Windows 10 privacy tools out there, many of them lack the detail this program has. Of course, this means that it might take you a bit longer to go through your choices.

For those who don't want to go into detail you can choose from 3 predefined settings. While the design is very simple, there are also 3 colors so that you can easily spot the these 3 settings
Green - Recommended - this is a conservative mode. Yellow - Conditionally recommended - probably the best bet but look over the choices. Red - Restricted - think of this as geek mode. Better know what you're doing. Must run as administrator.
Also, other similar apps don't always have a back or set a restore point making them a bit scary. This program however does offer a save, save as and load options so you can backup and import or export your settings anytime.
W10Privacy has a built in update checker and a handful of user settings as well.
