Stärker als in den Vorauflagen wird immer wieder, insbesondere in dem Abschnitt zur Reaktion auf Störungen, herausgestrichen, dass alle normativen Institutionen - von einer einzelnen Norm über eine Person oder ein Gericht bis hin zu einem Normensystem - nur dann im Alltag Orientierung bieten können, wenn sie kognitiv untermauert sind.

The imaging methods was applied to study the effect of 137Cs following 3/11 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant accident, which has revealed the movements of radiocesium in the contaminated sites.

We call New Geometry both Observers in arithmetics and in geometry. We reconsider the basis of classic geometry (points, straight lines, planes and space) from this Mathematics point of view. The relations of connection, order, parallels (Euclid, Gauss-Bolyai-Lobachevsky, Riemann), congruence, continuity are discovered and have new properties. We show that almost all classic geometry theorems are satisfied in Mathematics with Observers geometry with probabilities less than 1.
